1. Returns
- Timeframe: Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Requirements: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Return
- No Prepaid Label: Our shipments do not include a return label.
- Instructions: To begin the return process, email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. For items that are defective or damaged, kindly attach photos or a video as evidence.
3. Refunds
- Inspection & Notification: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you by email of the refund status.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to finalize the refund.
4. Exchanges
