Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Oneraz, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below, which apply to orders delivered within the United States.

1. Returns

  • Timeframe: Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Return

  • No Prepaid Label: Our shipments do not include a return label.

  • Instructions: To begin the return process, email us at support@oneraz.com. Please include your order number, full name, a copy or screenshot of your receipt, and a brief explanation for the return. For items that are defective or damaged, kindly attach photos or a video as evidence.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection & Notification: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you by email of the refund status.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to finalize the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered (including sizing issues).

  • Procedure: To request an exchange, please contact us at support@oneraz.com using the same details required for a return. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Production Note: Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including street name and house number). Any issues due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.
